Swanwick Divers (SD) is a diving club structured within the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) and is referred to in this document as the Club. This policy document explains how the Club uses the personal data collected from you through membership. applications, our website and administration of Club events.

All data collected by the Club is stored securely in Dropbox. Only Club officials that require access to execute their Club duties have access to the stored data. Further restrictions are applied to ensure that Club officials only have access relevant to their duties. In the event of a breach of data security, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) will be informed within 72 hours of the Club becoming aware of the breach.
The Club does not participate in any marketing activities.
Members leaving the Club will have their personal data deleted with the exception of the data listed below which will be retained for 7 years.
